For iOS:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
2. Search for the app name
3. Tap "Get" or the download button
4. Enter your Apple ID password or use Face ID/Touch ID
5. Wait for the installation to complete

For Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Search for the app name
3. Tap "Install"
4. Accept the permissions if prompted
5. Wait for the installation to complete

Automatic Updates:

Enable automatic updates in your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → App Store → App Updates (toggle on)
• Android: Play Store → Menu → Settings → Auto-update apps

Manual Updates:

• iOS: App Store → Updates tab → Tap "Update" next to the app
• Android: Play Store → My apps & games → Find the app → Tap "Update"

Try these troubleshooting steps in order:

1. Close and reopen the app: Swipe up from the bottom (iOS) or use the recent apps button (Android) and swipe the app away, then reopen it.
2. Restart your device: Power off and on your phone or tablet.
3. Check for updates: Make sure you're running the latest version of the app.
4. Clear app cache (Android): Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage → Clear Cache
5. Reinstall the app: Delete the app and download it again from the app store.
